We further warranty all accessory products against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year. No orders will be shipped until fully paid for. Any order which is cancelled prior to shipping will be issued a full refund only if the credit card has not been charged yet. Once the card has been charged it is subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee or 10% of the order which every amount is greater

All Cancellations must be received in writing or by email, verbal cancellations are not accepted.

No returns shall be accepted unless you call us first and receive return authorization. Customers are responsible for prepaying the shipping charges for all returned items. Upon receipt of the returned items, which must be in good condition, we will refund the original purchase price of those items, less shipping charges.

All returns MUST be in BRAND NEW UNUSED CONDITION and must be in original packaging so it can be resold as New. The product cannot have been assembled or used in anyway.

Requests for returns of accessory items must be within 7 days of delivery of item.

All sales of Shuffleboard Tables are final, due to the specialty nature of this product. All Shuffleboard Tables sold through or by us are strictly non-returnable unless we express otherwise in writing. If there are quality or warranty issues, we shall repair or replace, at our option, the affected item.

We reserve the right to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee on any shuffleboard tables we agree to accept back for return. Any order for a shuffleboard table that is cancelled prior to shipping is subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

All Request for Cancellation must be received in writing or via email, Verbal cancellations are not accepted. All product is to be packed in original or identical packing as it was received. Prior to shipping the return, you must contact customer service for a Our return policy requires that each customer inspects the delivered items before signing the delivery bill of lading. Upon notation of any damage to the packaging, do not accept the item; the driver will return the unit to the freight carrier's warehouse for inspection. Contact us at this point to resolve a possible redelivery. If you knowingly accept a damaged shipment, you do so at your own risk and it will your responsibility to contact the carrier to process an inspection and claim.

Shipping time for most items is as follows. Accessory products are generally shipped within one to three business days Wyoming Michigan . Allow up to five business days transit time thereafter. Shuffleboard tables are generally shipped if in stock in three to four days as we are the manufacture and you are buying directly from McClure tables. One exception is Custom tables and Antique tables as they are custom made or restored to order allow 8 to 12 weeks or more and we will inform you the production schedule when your order is received and communicate the progress. We ship from our main distribution center is in Jenison , Michigan . Allow up to fifteen (15) business days transit time thereafter. You will be contacted in the event of any shipping delays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number, email notification where you can track the progress of your order.

All Prices on Shuffleboard tables include Free Curb Side Delivery may require additional charges, if you need help to unload or inside delivery. All prices quoted for shuffleboard tables include curbside shipping to most locations within the 48 contiguous states some remote areas that can not be accessed by road may require additional charges. Shuffleboard Tables are shipped common freight carrier.

1. The trucking company is only responsible to show up at the curb closest to your door or driveway. They are not responsible for offloading your order and bringing it into the house, office, school or warehouse. Some drivers will assist you in getting the shipment off the truck or may even bring it into the building but they are NOT obligated to.

2. You must make arrangements to have the appropriate number of people available to help you with offloading your delivery on the scheduled delivery day. If you need assistance in offloading your delivery, services are available such as lift gate or inside delivery but are additional costs to you and are not included in the price of the item. If you choose the home set up and delivery option the dealer will deliver and install the table. We also have some Bronze inside delivery options and we will be happy to supply you with a quote and make the arrangements for you.

All  McClure brand Shuffleboard tables are custom built one at a time at our own factory in the USA. The Adroit tables are imported and made generally in large production runs to keep our cost down and offer a better quality product. McClure tables controls all aspects of the manufacture process from procure the wood for the tables to all other raw material. Most Adroit product is in stock in our distribution center if we are out of stock of any product we will contact you before we ship and inform you that it could possible require a production lead time of two to eight weeks, depending on the model. Once your Shuffleboard Table has been shipped, we will notify you that it is in transit and provide you with a tracking number and the phone number for the terminal which will complete your delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to check for damage prior to accepting delivery. Do not sign any freight delivery receipt(s) until you have thoroughly inspected all crates/packages for possible damage while the driver is present. If in question sign all frieght bills "subject to inspection for concealed damage".

If there is any visible damage, it must be indicated on the carrier delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. Failure to notify McClure Tables Inc, and/or the carrier within 48 hours relieves the shipper, the carrier and McClure Tables Inc. of any responsibility and will result in the denial of any claims.
