Shuffleboard tables are shipped with LTL carriers and for residential delivery they have to call you 24 hours in advance to schedule the appointment. You are responsible to unload and must provide the labor to do so. You also have a time restraint in they are used to deliver to commercial loading docks or locations with a fork lift and normal allowed time is 15 to 20 minutes. You will be charged additional fees if not unloaded within this time. For Parcel shipments we ship using UPS or US Postal service. You can use this page here to track your orders but you should also be receiving emails from a program we use called Aftership. If you are not receiving check your spam folder.

If your shipment does not show up here with this tracking the most common carrier we use for shipping freight is YRC LTL Freight and you can try your pro number directly on their site Here. It normally takes 24 hours after pick up before the tracking will report back to our tracking system.
