Shipping Policies On Shuffleboard Tables and Supplies

Please note: These rates cover standard curbside delivery. Remote destinations, limited-access locations and deliveries requiring special handling may require an additional charge.

We absorb a substantial portion of the actual shipping cost on every handcrafted shuffleboard table to make nationwide delivery more affordable for our customers. Rather than charging the full freight cost, we share that expense to help keep delivery costs reasonable.

Because actual freight costs vary significantly depending on how far your table travels from our Michigan workshop, we divide the country into shipping zones. This allows us to subsidize shipping fairly, so customers closer to our shop aren't paying for the much higher transportation costs of deliveries to the West Coast and other distant locations.

All McClure shuffleboard tables ship via LTL freight carriers or Zip Express for most shipments. This ensures safe transport for heavy items such as playboards and table cabinets.
Your order typically leaves our facility within 48–72 hours when purchased from our In Stock Inventory

Every shipment includes curbside delivery unless you upgraded your delivery service during checkout. Curbside delivery means:

• The truck arrives at the closest accessible point to your home or business
• The carrier is responsible only for bringing the freight to the curb
• You are responsible for unloading the shipment from the truck

Shuffleboard tables are large and heavy, especially the crated playboard section. Since carriers do not unload the freight, you must have enough helpers ready at delivery time.

We offer international shipping only on our custom shuffleboard tables. For overseas rates, timelines, and special requirements, please contact us directly for details. Some countries may require extra cost for a crate, and all local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Before signing the delivery receipt, you must inspect all crates and boxes while the driver is still present.
Follow these steps:

1. Look for exterior damage (holes, crushed panels, punctures).
2. If any damage exists, note it clearly on the bill of lading.
3. Report concealed damage to the carrier immediately.
4. If something looks seriously damaged, refuse delivery.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours releases the carrier and McClure Tables from responsibility.

Accessory items ship Monday–Thursday via UPS or USPS.
We do not ship supplies on Fridays. The rates are calculated based on UPS real-time rates.
