Each Tournament II shuffleboard table is handmade using locally harvested hard maple that is hand-selected by one of the master craftsmen at the start of every build. Before it is used in the construction process, each piece of maple is examined for color consistency and surface quality to maximize the overall beauty and durability of the finished shuffleboard table. Construction of the Tournament II's cabinet begins with the rounded collars made by hand and steamed in plywood. Premium carpet is then added to the inside of the cabinet and the top molding is solid maple attached to the rounded collars.
